Yoga is for Everyone 

Yoga is whatever you need it to be - a space to find yourself and listen to your needs, to manage stress or counter the busy life we are all part of.  Maybe to you its a form of exercise, a practice to improve flexibility or support recovery from injury.  Whatever it is that gets you on the mat - you will receive a warm welcome and be supported in your goals.
